Requirements

Successful qualification for admission to IQOU Theological College means the prospective student must:

  1. Hold a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalence degree.

  2. Students under the age of 18 years old, may attend with parent/guardian approval.

  3. Provide a copy of government issued photo identification (i.e. driver’s license, passport, etc.)

  4. Complete an online application.

  5. Write a personal statement.

  6. Obtain two letters of recommendation:

    • Character recommendation (employer, family, friend, Imam, chaplain, etc.)

    • Professional or Academic recommendation.

  7. Pay the $75 non-refundable application fee.

How to apply

   Admissions procedure:

  1. Submit the online application and fee for admissions approval.

  2. Submit a personal statement.

  3. Submit letters of recommendation.

  4. Attend the scheduled interview.

  5. Upon acceptance, a student advisor will assist with registration and course selection.

  6. Accepted students are assigned to an academic advisor to support and guide students throughout their time at IQOU Theological College.

Transfer of credits

IQOU Theological College may accept transfer credits from outside institutions. A student can submit a Transfer Credit Request Form with required documentation.  The faculty members and the Dean of Academic Affairs will determine if the requested transfer course meets the equivalency of the required IQOU Theological College course.  If so, transfer credits will be awarded and reflect on the student’s transcript. IQOU Theological College reserves the right to accept or reject credits earned elsewhere. Transfer credits are not factored into the calculation of GPAs.
